Can Children’s Church equip children with the tools to navigate life with the lens of a strong biblical worldview? Join Carol Loi as she shares essential tools for churches to shape their children’s church curriculum with the goal of imparting a Biblical worldview. She will be joined by ministry staff from Riverlife Church, who will share their journey of rolling out a such a Biblical worldview programme for children aged 3 to 12.

ADHD affects about 5% of the population, so it is very likely that students with ADHD are in our Sunday Schools, Youth Groups and churches. Are we prepared with the necessary knowledge and understanding to accept and support children and teenagers who may exhibit behaviours that make sit down lessons hard to facilitate? And are we as churches providing the support that their parents need? In this session, we delve into the Revised Code of Governance for Charities and Institutions of Public Character, issued by the Charity Council on April 4, 2023, and which takes effect from Charities’ financial year beginning on or after January 1, 2024. Gain practical suggestions on implementing the Code in your churches, along with insights into good financial practices that take into account financial controls. This workshop is valuable for church administrators who manage a mix of governance and bookkeeping matters.
